This morning's full Moon eclipse was just before Sunup in Washington, D.C. Even though it was raining
here all day yesterday, I saw the full Moon in a cloud break just before I went to bed last night.
The new Moon in Cancer was in the 9th House of foreign affairs and now we have the tri-Aquarians filling
that spot. This trip to Russia by our President is probably more important than we realize.
Venus and Mars are moving out of the square to the tri-Aquarius planets, but the Vertex of this chart is
applying to them from the 5th House. The Vertex is not a stationary point, but one that moves according to
