Aquarius Solar Eclipse

New beginnings and a fresh start "with liberty and justice for all."
This solar eclipse chart in Aquarius is set up for Washington, D.C. and has the same Rising
Sign and degree that I rectified Barack Obama's chart. Because this is a new Moon chart, the
part of fortune is on the Ascendant and also at 2º Sagittarius. I find this very synchronistic and
take it as a sign that I could just be right about his rectification. I haven't seen anyone else with
the same rectification, however. Most all go with the 7:34 pm time; I heartily disagree.
Interesting, too, that Obama's Sun Sign degree is a little over 1 1/2º opposite the midpoint of all
the planets and points in Aquarius. Let's work it out:
Neptune = 11s 23º 07' which we make 11s 22º 67' 18º and 15' / 2 = 9º 08'
Jupiter = 11 04 52 - 04 52

I think this eclipse will rule the next couple of years and it shows that we can reestablish a lot
of communicational healing between the different factors of our own government (Saturn Rx
opposite Uranus quincunx the great healers, Chiron and Neptune in Aquarius). Practicality
will be one of our goals (Mercury conjunct Mars in Capricorn), but change and unity is the
main concern and can only be done through communication in the manner of Aquarius and
NOT "business as usual!"
