| With two YODS in this chart, it should be an interesting lunar phase until the New Moon in Aquarius early Sunday morning. We have Moon (public) conjunct Pluto sextile Jupiter (liberal) in Yod to Mars retrograde in the 12th House of "get nothing done." Then, we still have Mars sextile Saturn (conservative) still in Yod to Jupiter in Pisces in the 7th House of "can't tell who's my enemy or friend!" The Sun just rolled off of President Obama's Ascendant for the 7:24pm birth time, but is taking a back seat in this chart. He may be recuperating. Mercury entering Aquarius, may give some relief to the conservative stubbornness, but it's a stale mate for this week in Washington, D.C. However, note what I wrote for the Last Quarter Phase from February 5-9: With the lovely Pleiades between the Midheaven and the part of fortune at the top of the chart, we could imagine this weekend to be a poignant and important time for female intervention in the White House. Note the Scorpio Moon conjunct "her father's daughter," Pallas, and the "wife," Vesta, squaring the nodes almost exactly. Remember that squares denote action and do not always mean bad, but intense. With Michelle Obama's announcement today about moving forward concerning the weight and health of our children, we can see that our Last Quarter Phase did create intense action and intervention from the "wife," and "her father's daughter!" Good at YOU, Mrs. Michelle Obama! Technically, we're still in the First Quarter Phase of the Moon until 5:56pm in Washington, D.C.. so my comment was "right on!" (Just had to get that in.) |
