The word, "Balsamic" sounds so serene and peaceful.  It is associated with the word, "balm," which is a
soothing, restorative medication.  Balsamic vinegar is vinegar which has been "toned down" into a more
relaxed flavor. So, that is what this three day phase is all about; calming, soothing, toning down oneself
from the near-month long lunar intensity.

In the mid U. S., the Leo Moon conjuncts her south node in the 9th House of foreign affairs. The south
node possibly meaning same old, same old; the same old words, same old diplomacy, same old lies, and
same old promises.  We'll be hard pressed to hear any new communications until the new Moon in Libra.

We have the same 3rd/9th House Leo Moon conjunct south node opposition Neptune/Chiron in
Washington, D.C., also.  It's a communication thing and best not to take too seriously

The next three days before the new Moon in Libra is a time for letting go of the recent intentions and
struggles. It is a time of rest, recuperation, and surrender.  Meditation is the balm for an anxious mind.
