Tonight is the new Moon in Cancer in the U. S. In Europe and further East, it will occur on July 3rd. Do you
think that it is fortunate that the part of fortune is on the Ascendant? Actually it is always on the Ascendant at
New Moon and on the decendant at full Moon. That is because the part of fortune is exactly as far from the
Ascendant as the Moon is to the Sun. The formula for finding the part of fortune is to add the Ascendant to the
Moon and subtract the Sun. Let's do it: Ascendant is 10 Signs 16 degrees and 09 minutes
Moon is + 4 11 32
Total is 14 27 41
- Sun - 4 11 32
See, it comes right back to the Ascendant. 10 Signs 16 degrees 09 minutes
The ruler of the chart is Saturn, the ruler of the Capricorn Ascendant, at least in central U. S. In London the
Ascendant is Gemini and Mercury sits right at the Ascendant and trines the north node of the Moon in the 10th
house conjunct Chiron. It could be a very good healing time for England.
The Sabien Symbol for the 12th degree of Cancer is: "A Chinese woman nursing a baby whose aura reveals him to
be the reincarnation of a great teacher."
Dane Rudyar explains that this message probably has nothing to do with a new "avatar" or messiah and
gives it the keyword, "REVELATION" in his book, An Astrological Mandala.

I find a lot of meaning in the Symbols of Chanda Dhi Manthri, commonly called "Wynn's Degrees" when it was
printed in 1938. Here is Cancer 12:

WOW, I need to go back and read mine again. What a pronouncement! Remember, in reading any symbol in
any style, it is necessary to go up a degree as long as the minutes are 1 or over. So, 11 degrees, 01 minutes is
read as 12 degrees.
As the next few days are the dark of the Moon, it is time to ponder/consider what will be our intentions for this
