The Cancer new Moon is in the 9th House of foreign affairs, how our friends and enemies think, higher
education, distance travel, and highways. We're 'in for it' as the first major aspect is an opposition to Pluto.
We're about to see more power plays by Iran and North Korea; bullies both! Along with that major aspect
to Pluto are the minor aspects to Venus/Mars in the 7th House of friends/enemies who make a
sesquadrate to Pluto. There is a definite aspect pattern there we might name the 2,1/2, 'n 8+ aspect.
Divide the 360 º by 2 and you have an opposition of 180º. Divide the 180º in half and you have the square
of 90º. Divide the 360º by 8 and you have the semisquare of 45º. Add + the square and the semisquare
together and you get 135º or the sesquiquadrate (sesquare). There probably is a formal name for this
pattern or those aspects in fractions, but I never learned them. Most common aspects that form the pattern
of a triangle, I call T-square, T-sextile, T-semisextile, and T-semisquare. Those are made by only 2
different aspects. The 2, 1/2, 'n 8+ is made up of 3 different aspects.
The saving grace is the creative quintile to Saturn that is the next aspect the Sun/Moon make. Robert
Wilkinson says of the quintile series:
The entire series is based on division of the circle by 5, yielding 72 degrees as the primary aspect in the
group, also known as the Quintile. This aspect represents specialization, gifts, and unique conditions. It
is an aspect of creativity. No matter how similar it may be to other quintiles in other charts and times,

what people are praying for. It always rather concerned me that my probable enemies (militant Muslims)
are praying five times a day and possibly for my country's demise. My hope there is that the
compassionate Muslims are praying for peace and brotherhood five times a day. That ought to hold them!
Now to those North Koreans...I hope that China finds the way to contain them. I don't want to go there!
A little closer to home; I hope there is more light, love, laughter, and peace in our homes, neighborhoods,
states, and country. I hope everyone makes it through this downtime economically. I hope we each help
one another to get through this. I send President Obama and his cabinet, the Congress, and individual
