Today begins the first quarter Moon which falls one week from the new Moon. Since it is the first square between the Sun and the Moon, it can signal crises that call for making decisions and resolve. It denotes a need for fortitude and determination; a time of challenges. This biwheel chart lays the First Quarter Moon on the Gemini Rising Chart of the United States. I use the Gemini Rising Chart because I think it describes us better than the Sagittarius Rising Chart. However, the Sagittarius Rising chart gets more points (I'm not sure who's) in forecasting. You can READ ALL ABOUT IT HERE!
The first quarter Moon falls in the 8th House of the U.S. chart having just passed an opposition to the U.S. Sun in the "guess what?" House. Right now it and Jupiter are squaring U.S. Saturn in the House of Speculation. When Jupiter squares Saturn the, "I don't know what I want to be when I grow up" syndrome is in effect.
Transiting Pluto is making semisquares and sesquares to anything 12-14 Fixed and, just coming from the Galactic Center, making waves as only he can.
Transiting Uranus retrograde has made his second pass square natal Mars and we can expect another direct bump in the near future.
Transiting Moon in Pluto's House (the doghouse) and with good luck Jupiter, too. When those two get together in the 8th House, there goes the neighborhood! Saturn in Libra is just shaking his head with the transiting Sun shining brightly upon him. Perhaps our Aquarian no nonsense, logical Moon can get a hold of the grand-air-trine blessings and get us out of this mess once again.
