Tonight, Friday, the 22nd of January nearly every TV station (except cable) will be showing "Hope for
Haiti Now". Since the Crescent Moon's keywords are "challenges, decisions, and action", this is totally
apropos!

The ruler of the chart, Santa Claus Jupiter, is in sextile to the crescent Taurus Moon, ruler of the BIG
Money 8th House.  Of course, the first quarter Moon demands "ACTION"!  The action concerns
humanitarian goods as well as finances (Sun in the 2nd House).

This chart is erected for the Midwest center of the U.S. which is smack in the middle of a hog farm
Northwest of Lebanon, KS. How ironic.  I've always gotten a kick out of that! (I'm so sick.)  

Note the 3s and 4s of the chart; they make an interesting pattern that tells us a lot...the
beautiful Taurus Moon is trine (gift) Mercury/Pluto (strong and loud communication) who, in turn, is in
square to Saturn calling for the action we spoke of above.  Saturn in Libra is quincunx the Taurus Moon
calling for diplomacy, tact, and kindness as we aid our brother country, Haiti; no strings attached, just love
and compassion.
