Waxing Gibbous Phase of the Moon
Check out my favorite Sage:
Aquarius Papers
The gibbous phase of the Moon is most interesting because it begins with a sesquare of 135 degrees, works
through a quincunx of 150 degrees, and ends in a full Moon opposition. It can easily be the most difficult time
of the Lunar phases. Sesquares, or sesquiquadrates, are a combination of the frustrating semisquare plus the
conflict of the square: 45 + 90 = 135.

Sesquares are different in another respect. They can form in the same element; fire to fire, earth to earth, air to
air, and water to water. However, this is not the case in this month's gibbous phase.  We have the Aquarius,
Air Moon in her own 4th House (in mid-America) and the Virgo, earth Sun about to oppose Uranus in mutual
reception Houses (Sun is ruler of the 5th, but in the 11th and Uranus is ruler of the 11th, but in the 5th House).

Since the Sun is master of all in the Solar System, he is about to teach Uranus a thing or two about his path in
life; humanitarianism, independence, rebelliousness, technology, and maverick tendencies.  It is very
interesting that this morning's paper talked about "...scientists getting ready to try to duplicate the 'big bang'
event." Whoa, that sounds a lot like the tower of Babel episode.

Too, we have what are so-called, 'mavericks' running for the first and second positions in government this
Fall.  Very interesting that Saturn will oppose Uranus on the day of the election. Du du; du du; Twilight Zone!

I feel in my heart that this is the most important election of the century; we are moving towards the biggest
crises I've ever seen and I'm nearly three quarters of a century old. All I can say is, remember 9/11/2001 and
God bless America; God bless us all on this big blue planet.
