Here we are folks, in the panhandle of Florida just waiting for Fay to hit. We're not so much concerned about winds, but the flooding has been awful.
Just look at the chart above for our area; it's almost funny...Neptune sitting right on the Ascendant.
It is just about 11 am CDT as I write this and I've been listening to the weather channel all morning. It's enough to scare one to death. Right now, here, it's not raining or winding; just waiting.
