Because of our country's financial crunch, I'm doing the Lunar Phase charts for Washington, D.C. rather than the center
of the U.S., which is Lebanon, KS. Note that we have a void of course Moon unless one counts the quincunx to Pluto.

Balsamic phase at 45 degrees. So, there is always opportunity within the last quarter Moon phase. Sometimes the
opportunity is simply to let go and resolve to make the next new Moon a more intensified renewal of intention.
