Because of our country's financial crunch, I'm doing the Lunar Phase charts for Washington, D.C. rather than the center
of the U.S., which is Lebanon, KS. Note that when only giving the degrees, any + 1 minute will go to the next degree.
That is the way it is done in Sabian Symbols and Chandra Dhi Manthri's Degrees of Life. So, 27 degrees and 1 minute
is called, 28 degrees.
The last quarter of the Moon begins with a 90 degree angle and contains the 60 degree sextile and resolves into the
Balsamic phase at 45 degrees. So, there is always opportunity within the last quarter Moon phase. Sometimes the
opportunity is simply to let go and resolve to make the next new Moon a more intensified renewal of intention.
A very interesting phenomenon occurred between the last quarter and the Scorpio new Moon. Note that the angles are
all 27 degrees 56' in Equal House System. Note that the Moon and Sun are exactly 27 degrees 56' and on the 4th
and 7th House cusps, respectively! I think this is a very important clue to how we could be at this time for the greatest
good for all...release, let go, and be grateful. The people have decided; the people are us; God Bless America!
Ok, now I'm really awed! I just read over my Scorpio Lunar Journal I page and guess what??? The election day
chart at Midnight; Dixville, NH that Robert Wilkinson uses has 28 degrees fixed angles too! Now THAT is 1/360 %

tune. As you hum that tune, take note where Barack Obama's north node is: Barack Obama's Chart
