Here is the new Moon in Libra Sept. '08. Saturn was moving into the opposition to Uranus and this time it is Uranus who is retrograde.
The ruling body is the Sun and He and the Moon are conjunct the 3rd House cusp of Libra. Mercury is conjunct Mars in the 3rd House, too, and in trine to the great healer, Neptune which sesquares the Sun and Moon.
Actually, the $700 billion dollar bailout was rejected by the House on this day. What in the world happened between then and when it passed? I'm fairly politiced out; it's too hard to follow no matter how hard I try.
So much of what is happening is due to the Saturn opposition Uranus or Conservative vs. Liberal. One could say the old vs. the new. How long might this last? FOOD for THOUGHT.
Here is the Libra full Moon in Lebanon, KS or what is called the center of the continental United States. I'm using this place because Congress doesn't reconvene until April 20, 2009 and, I would suppose, the President is traveling or home in Chicago. Compare to the new Moon in Libra last September.
This Libra full Moon in the month of Aries is the Holy Festival of the Risen One. It is the first of three Holy Festivals celebrated at the full Moons of the Signs: Aries, Taurus, and Gemini.
