A new Moon; a new start. This morning I'm waiting to see what is to be done for our country finance-wise. In a
way it's a good thing that the government is taking a bit of time (ah hem) to get this right. We do have until
tomorrow and they've been working all week. It is still the dark of the Moon so we have a couple of days to firm
up our intentions for this Lunar month.
Tuesday; September 30, 2008. I remember reading somewhere that the "bailout" HAD to be signed by
today as this was the last day of the fiscal period (or some such prediction). Anyway, it's not signed yet this
morning and the TV mediarites are still blaring their opines and forecasts. The morning newspaper had stale
news and I need to spend my next hour reading the news online. {ho hum} UH OH, the president is speaking on
the background TV...
I'm thinking and thinking what could be my intentions for this month. AOL had an article on 43 ways that people
waste money. One of them was using paper towels. We do. I don't like it, but my hubby does. I wonder if I
could get him to give up paper towels for a month with the intention of helping the environment in a small way?
We'll see. I'll have to think of a fantastic way to present it to him.
Wednesday; October 1, 2008. Since the tiny crescent Moon may show itself tonight some places; I've fairly
well made my intentions for this month. I will give up paper towels and my hubby, Len, will try to, also. He has a
problem with bleeding, however, and says he may have to use them sometimes.
Actually, my intention is to make more of a balance in my environmental use of things such as paper products,
water, gas, air conditioning, etc. I do well with water use and gas for my car, but will cut down on paper goods
and air conditioning. I could say that I have a problem sometimes with hot flashes and may have to turn on the
air. LOL yowsir, getting old is a bitch and then she has puppies! One of the puppy's name is, Arimidex!
I'm waiting patiently for transiting Pluto to finish his contract with my natal Sun sextile Pluto. I probably should put
my intention down on WEB so it goes to the galactic center. It's a YOD so I must be prepared to compromise;
coming from a sextile means opportunity; coming from 5th/7th could mean one or two of my children and/or my
mate. Ye gods; I don't like this.
I'm sending out the intention that transiting Pluto is acting as my guardian angel in the 12th house and
will transform my being into what I intended for my destiny. I am and will be grateful. Whew, is it
getting hotter in here or what? I'll be glad when this is over October 10th.

Here we go into the crescent phase of the Libra new Moon. I was wrong in my guess that the bail-out bill would
get resistance in the House. Pfffiiitt; it passed within a half a day. I'm not going to talk politics or stock market in
this journal anymore for a while. Hmmmm, wonder if I can keep that vow since it's on TV night and day for my
husband. He's a FOX junkie AND deaf so my poor ears are bombarded from 3 pm to 10: 30 pm when Jay Leno
comes on.
Monday; October 6, 2008. This morning in my meditation I asked for a phrase to repeat during the second
part; I got, "no desire, no expectation, no judgment; that is the way to happiness." OK, so that was what I
repeated for the one minute (see MEDITATION).
Then I waited for an answer. All of a sudden I was climbing this huge mountain. I was going so fast and not
stopping for anything. I kept trying (tsk tsk) to make myself stop and look over the vista, but NO I just kept going
up to where I perceived as "the top of the mountain," I heard in my head. Then I heard, "don't stop!" I was in China
so I'll ask I Ching what the meaning was.

The first (bottommost) line, divided, shows its subject with bare buttocks straightened under the stump of a tree.
He enters a dark valley, and for three years has no prospect of deliverance.
The situation is evolving slowly, and Yang (the active masculine force) is gaining ground.
The future is embodied in Hexagram 58 - Tui (Joy): There will be progress and attainment, but it will be
advantageous to be firm and correct.
The things most apparent, those above and in front, are embodied by the upper trigram Tui (Lake), which
represents joy, pleasure, and attraction.
The things least apparent, those below and behind, are embodied by the lower trigram K'an (Water), which is

rest of it; a whole pot of turkey vegetable soup, turkey a'la king via an internet recipe. Yum, was it good! Then,
last night I put on a crock pot of corned beef and cabbage which stunk up the house. So, I'm done now. What's
been going on out there, I wonder?
I got an e-mail yesterday from cousin Julius Gagliardi up in Chicago who wrote to Barack Obama and got a
personal answer. It was a fantastic letter and, as always, I file his e-mails in my SAVE folder for future read.

awhile.I don't know what I am now...confused! Am I talking politics AGAIN? Ye gods. I'm going back in the

Previously on my Blurb's page I wrote, I think that, being a Wednesday child, I'm an addicted editor. I
rewrite everything and everybody. It's like taking one step forward and two steps back. You can't
count on anything I say because tomorrow, for sure, it'll be corrected. They talk about Obama and
McCain doing flip flops in their campaign speeches; soooooooooooooooooooooo? Perfectly natural
to me; they're editing! Right? Right!
I think I missed my calling; I ought to have been an editor. But, when going to college, nobody ever thinks that; do
they? Hey, Ms. College Counselor, I'm a great writer, but I don't want to create anything myself; I want
to edit somebody else's writing! I've never met any teenager with that kind of thinking. I think I probably would
have thought that way if I ever thought at all back then. I don't know why I only started thinking after I began
collecting social security! It just ain't fair! I'm living in a perpetual gibbous phase.

The last time there was a 21 degree Aries full Moon was October 14, 1989. I was preparing to enter Atlantic
University in Virginia Beach, VA. 1989 was a nine universal year as 2008 is a one universal year. I was very ill with
arthritis, but had it licked within three years. Perhaps that is what the I Ching is reminding me above; anything worth

This is a seven personal year for me and my final life cycle number is a seven. Seven is also my heart's desire and
I am missing a seven in my name. Next year is a 2 universal year and makes it my eight birth force year. I will be
getting more active outside our home then. I'm enjoying the solitary life of a seven, being that it's my heart. But, I
also like getting out and doing, which is my reality. I have no idea just what I'll be doing, but that'll show itself on
time, I'm sure.

one is with the dentist...yikes.
I watched the debate last night and I still feel the same about the two warriors; one is totally likeable and the other
is a whiner. But, can one vote on likeability? Crapola, my site-builder editor says likeability is spelled wrong. Let's
see if likability is right! Yep, it says so, but it sure doesn't LOOK right.
I don't have much to write home about today; I'm waiting for some inspiration. I'm DONE!
