This is the picture of Barack Obama that I love the most. When I saw it, Sagittarius just jumped
out at me. I'm Taurus, so you know how stubborn I can be which is wonderful when I'm right and
terrible when I'm wrong. I've always been told not to believe everything I see in print, so I'm not
going to. It is worth it to me to try to prove my point here and, if I'm wrong, I'll admit it. I've been
wrong before about rising Signs/Ascendants.
Below are the Solar arcs for events in Obama's life. The one's with asterisks are exact. I'm not
sure about the others because I don't have exact dates.

Making out the Solar Arcs was the first step. The next step is to erect a birth chart for BO and work backwards in his life
starting with his election (or it could be any of the starred events) and see what fits. His marriage chart is already done
for Sagittarius 1º rising and you can see it HERE
Look particularly for dates close together that go with Midheaven or Sun progressed to those points. I do the Ascendant
differently because Ascendants move differently than the Midheaven or Sun. However, if one doesn't mind a little more
time, do SA Ascendants too. The book I use for finding Solar Arcs is Sonnenbogentabelle by Arthur Kickbusch and you
can find it at AMAZON.
It takes a bit of practice and time to use it; that's why I like using 1º for my first attempts to solar arc progress.

planets by SA or 1º a day coming or going. In fact, nothing else in rectification, but aspects to and from the Midheaven,
Ascendant, Sun, and Moon are really important because the progressed planetary aspects are nearly the same all day
long; all over the world except for the Moon, which can be only 7º off either way, if you erect the unknown birth time chart
for Noon.
I was taught that nothing important occurs unless it is fated by progression. Transits are the "NOW" of time, the destiny
that is made out of what you create of your fated progressions. In other words, I was fated to marry at the time of my
progressed MC trine Pluto and conjunct Mars. Who I married made my destiny and was my choice. Looking back from
1/2 century I can see that clearly. My fate was written in the stars; my destiny written by me. See: RECTIFICATION I

often than every year. I need to find that "fated" key which is only in a progression. I need to see Progressed MC hit a
strong point when he married Michelle on October 18, 1992 and when his daughters were born and when he won the
election.
