| Only a few hours after the Aries Full Moon, we celebrate the Scorpio Ingress. That is when, in the Tropical Zodiac, the Sun enters the Sign of Scorpio. Scorpio is a fixed Sign which means that she is representative of a stable season between Autumn (Libra) and the changing season of Sagittarius; changing into Winter (Capricorn). Ingress charts cover a period of one month each. In the location that they are erected, the position of the Sun by House and the aspects give a rough estimate of what is going on with the people of that location. Of course, no one chart can cover the whole world because the houses change completely over the globe. Here in Washington, D.C. the Sun is just rising, whereas in London it is in the 9th House. I got the book out again this morning; I'm going to read it again. Many of us breathed together two years ago when we backed Barack Obama for president. I haven't stopped breathing and I wonder why some have.
