This is the chart for the first moment of Spring in Washington, D.C. and will be in effect for the next three
months. Although the planets positions will be the same all over the world (Sun will be at 0º Aries 00', etc),
the House set up will be different in different time zones. Actually there will be a different degree on the
Ascendant/Midheaven (1st and 10th Houses) for every 4' of longitude and also a correction for latitude. As
you can see, Washington is about 77º West Longitude from Greenwich, England at 0º. That makes
Washington D.C. close to the 75º parallel of longitude which corresponds to Eastern time. It will be 6:45
Central time, 5:45 Mountain time, and 4:45 am Pacific time, but all showing 0º Aries 00'.

don't give a durn! I would suppose that I find all the time/space, earth set-up fascinating because I'm a

when needed. Here goes:
AREAS or HOUSE MEANINGS ( 1-12 HOUSES)
1. We the common people in our country. 2. Our money and assets. 3. Our neighborhoods, grade
schools, daily travel, streets and roads, what we are thinking and saying. (See, it already starts to
complicate!)
4. Our homes, real estate, and families. 5. Our children in particular, entertainment, speculation.
6. Health care, employment, common workers, high and trade schools. 7. Others in our lives; intimates
(friends and enemies. This may be hard to sort out, but isn't it always? )
8. World finance, trade centers, BANKS everywhere (the largest and most scandalous are in 12 th House).
Mass Media.
9. Higher education (college +), foreign affairs, philosophy/ temper of the world, highways, and all foreign
travel.
10. The president and his goals; his cabinet. 11. Congress and their goals. 12. The WEB and all
LARGE institutions such as hospitals, unions, insurance and finance.
With Aries rising, the ruler of the chart is Mars on the cusp of the 12th House of the largest of institutions as
well as The WEB. With Moon semisquare Mars from the president's House, disagreements can be strong
between the president and congress, BUT Moon trine Saturn in the 6th House can prove him right
concerning health care, jobs, high schools and trade schools, employment and all the 6th House concerns.
Venus retrograde conjunct the place of our citizens, rules our money and assets as well as our other
countries intimates (friends and foes). Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference and other times friends
become foes and foes act like friends. I would say that we'll probably be out of our deep, deep financial
difficulties and on the way up from debt by the time Venus direct returns to its place in this chart and then
comes out of her shadow during the week of May 18, 2009 Let's all quit blaming and project good
thoughts towards overcoming the troubles we're in financially.
Jupiter quincunx Saturn Rx calls for adjustment in the Public's thinking; the quincunx seems to go on forever
with one or the other planets going retrograde. They resolve into a trine July 18, 2013 from Cancer to
Scorpio. As Jupiter and Saturn are the cultural indicators, perhaps it may take that long for the citizens to

is plenty of manipulation going on concerning the above. Power plays all over the place including foreign
