We are back to the center of the continental United States for the Taurus Ingress Chart. We want to know
more about what the backbone of the country is experiencing/thinking. Remembering that the center of the
U.S. is in the middle of a hog farm just South of Lebanon, KS, we note sadly that this can be a perfect
metaphor (or is it analogy?) of what has been going on in our country for years. "Grunt, grunt!"
Now the hogs have come home to rest and we're ALL in the dang mud hole. Ok, so we just have to get out
of it; we have to work with our President and tighten our belts and act like Americans instead of greedy, fat
hogs. We must "integritize"! Let's get out ole Ben Franklin's adages from Poor Richard's Almanack and
reread them; "a penny saved is a penny earned," stuff like that!

What gets me about the Taurus Ingress chart, which lasts for a month by the way, is that it is completely,
180º backwards and upside down in Sign setup. Aries is the normal 1st House and we have its opposite,
Libra, on the first and Aries on the 7th. Capricorn is on the 4th and Cancer is on the 10th House. You see,
backwards and upside down. Perhaps that's how many of us feel at the moment. We don't know which
way is up.
The ruler of the chart, Venus, who also rules assets, money, and values by the way, is in the final degree of
the whole Zodiac at 30º of Pisces and Mars is quickly going to butt her at that same degree. You see,
because Venus just came out of retrograde, Mars is traveling faster than she. So, next Tuesday, just after
the balsamic lunar phase, Mars gives Venus a kick! Tuesday is going to be a very memorable day.
Monday the Congress convenes and Tuesday all hell breaks loose. Let us pray...
