| Here we are at the Virgo new Moon; if there were anytime this year that the Health Care bill should be finalized, it is during these next four weeks. Virgo rules the 6th House of Health in Astrology. When we say, "rules," we mean, "is associated with" or "akin to", This chart contains a golden YOD; Mars quintile Saturn/Sun/Moon biquintile Jupiter/Chiron. The golden YOD is very close to the regular YOD. In fact, the biquintile is 144º and the quincunx is 150º so we only have a couple of orb degrees to give to each one. Sometimes we have to make a judgment call on whether the aspect is working like a biquintile or quincunx or both. See GOLDEN YOD. Note the 9th house of law and foreign affairs Mercury is working his way back to the conjunction to the Sun. This is a " wait and see" time for many things. It's best not to put anything into Law until after Mercury goes direct and leaves his shadow (October 15, 2009). We'll only have to do it over, if we do. There is a Libra new Moon on the 18th of October and that looks like a better time to pass a law. This is the month to "make straight the path" of the bill! Write it RIGHT! We have a blank page today; get rid of that bulky, wordy, old bill and start over with points everyone can accept and understand. KISS means, "Keep it Simple, Sweetie!" No? Let's quit having tea parties for awhile unless you can serve some brotherly love along with your tea. We're in this together, now let's get it done! Please. |
